Alison Ann Sweeney, an American actor and director on reality TV shows is also a scriptwriter. Sweeney is best known for her role as Samantha Sami Brady from the NBC soap Opera Days of Our Lives. She portrayed the character under a contract between the 6th of January 1993 to October 30 the year 2014. In 1999, Sweeney decided she'd had enough. She stopped following fads that included grapefruit, cabbage as well as other diets. She implemented healthy lifestyle adjustments, like eliminating soda and sugar as well as joining boot camp type classes. The results? The result? She almost dropped 30 lbs.
